Physical Security

> Employee badge / fingerprint access required for entry to facilities.
> Digital equipment (i.e. cameras, memory devises, etc.) are prohibited on premises.
> All DPS employees are subject to bag / purse checks.

> Facility print capabilities are limited and used on an exception basis only, virtually a paperless environment.
> Annual security awareness training required.

> Formal Information Security Policies and Procedures are used.
> Secure firewalls are enabled.
> Data is securely encrypted during transmission.
> Secured VPN is used to access applications.
